Ok now I am going to have to have a go at this..
1. The housemate ordered a rather hot curry as a takeaway and got the coke with it;
2. The housemate ate some of said curry resulting in mouth burning;
3. Skull some of the coke resulting in burp that disturbs curry and spills on housemates groin creating more burning sensation;
4. Run to shower to cool groin taking coke can for burning mouth at the same time.

housemate likes watered down drinks perhaps?
Is coke a new way to clean the shower? if it can strip the lining from your stomach and enamel from your teeth maybe it can get rid of those hard to move stains?
I checked last night, Its still there 5 days later, and its EMPTY. His girlfriend is coming over on the weekend, so we'll see how long it stays there shall we?
Ha well there you go. So he will be doing the quick clean up before she turns up?

HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEH!!! *LOL* that is so funny XD hahaha... it's like my bestfriend.. he likes to sit on the toilet shitting as he drinks beer then leave the beer on the sink.... lol.. and he say he does this so if he need to go to the toilet again and has forgotten his other beer then he can drink some beer anywyas because he allready had a beer there.. lol
